I want to know what’s alive.
What makes someone encounter what you’ve created and think:
Oh. Someone cared about this.
That’s often where the most interesting possibilities begin.
THEN SOMETHING HAS TO HAPPEN.
A conversation.
A test.
A new offer.
A different price.
A clearer website.
A boundary.
A hire.
Something removed.
Something finally begun.
Or sometimes: rest.
Because action isn’t about doing more. It’s about responding intelligently to what the situation actually needs.
DON’T BUILD SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO ESCAPE FROM.
The business needs things from you.
Time. Attention. Creativity. Decisions. Energy. Sometimes courage.
But you need things too.
Money. Space. Rest. A life. Work you still enjoy doing. A structure you can actually sustain.
I don’t believe success is measured by how completely a business consumes the person who created it.
The business has to work.
And the life around it has to work too.

I SEE THE POSSIBILITY.

I pay attention to how something feels.
Then I want to know why.
